On Thursday, Grant had to go visit the dentist to get some teeth pulled. He had the bottom three front ones pulled (three instead of four since two of them were fused together) because two new teeth were already coming in behind those three. We gave him some time to wiggle them out but he just couldn't get them loose enough.
I think he may have to get spacers or braces eventually to make room for that fourth tooth when it comes through.
When we got home, Grant wanted us to call the tooth fairy. He wanted to be sure that He/She knew that there would be three teeth under his pillow and that it was in fact the tooth fairy who came to bring some moola! He didn't want the same thing that happened before, with Cole, to happen again (see photo). Apparently the tooth fairy had a major brain fart and the Easter bunny signed his note to the tooth fairy. Haha! Oops! We were questioned when we picked the kids up from school. We recovered though, and we let Cole know the tooth fairy must had been sick and must had sent the bunny instead! Glad he got money and not eggs! Geez... not sure what I was thinking! Too early in the morning maybe. They will never forget that!
So, the tooth fairy did come and Grant got bank! $2 a tooth!! Must be since they were his first teeth to come out! He is happy and next visit to the orthodontist will be made soon! I'll keep you all updated!
