Another catch up!

Another long time since I got a chance to blog!

We have been up to Iowa and brought little Via back! It was so nice to spend a week up in Iowa again and to see baby! She recognized us and was happy to see us. I think she had a great time with gma and gpa though! We got to visit some more friends and family and we went to Dawn's wedding, the main reason we were back! It was a great time and the boys danced and danced! It was a good trip and we hated coming back to reality once again, but it was great to be back home too and not living out of a suitcase.


Grant graduated from preschool on May 28th. He was a little on the emotional side but once he got it out of his system he was ok! I will try and post the video later on (since yet again I took my video camera to tape and I thought I had a brand new tape- NOPE- it was full! Had to use digital camera! GRR- I always do something like that!) But it was a cute little program and we went back to the classroom for cake and punch and time to get pictures! He is happy to be done but we will see about kindegarten this fall! I wonder how he will take that!? Cole will be at the same place so hopefully (crossing all our fingers and toes) he will do alright!


Speaking of Cole, he will be out of school on June 9th. He is counting the days til he is done and he is excited to be a 2nd grader! He is more excited for his birthday on the 8th! He has some friends picked out and has a list of things he wants to do! We will see what we do, but I'm thinkin going to Amazing Jakes in Tempe! There are go karts, bowling, video games, amusement rides, and more and they are for ages 5 to adult! I think we will have a good time!


Cole was just at 2 birthday parties this last weekend. Saturday night he went swimming at the La Quinta Inn and stayed all night with his little neighbor friend and we picked him up from there on Sunday and went straight to Makutu's Island for another party! I think he really had a great weekend!
And now we are getting ready for another trip to Iowa in a little over a week! Grant is going to spend some summer time with dad and Cole is going to spend some well needed time with his Aunt Roxanne, Uncle Rolando, and cousins and his dad! It's just a short trip but baby and I will come back alone and then we have another trip planned! WE ARE GOING TO VEGAS!!
It is our friends' birthday so we will be joining them there to celebrate for the weekend!! We have never been there so figured might as well go since we are so close and they have been there so they can show us a good time! CANT WAIT! And Gma Marie is going to fly down to stay with Via, Gracie, and Bud while we are gone!
