I've gotten off to a bad start with my blogging this year, hopefully I can keep up. It has been a super busy last few weeks and I think it will only be getting busier as the next few months of winter wrap up.
Grant has been a wild man with soccer. He had a game on Saturday and has two more games this week. Cole is ready to start playing football again next month. I'm ready for him to get busy doing something else besides wanting to watch football on TV! Getting back into our school routine has been a lot in itself. Having  two weeks off makes it really hard to turn that eagerness to get up early switch back on. Between the both of them, we have had three dentist appointments and two more this week. One is an Orthodontist visit but all the same. I will go there another day...
Sylvia has been enjoying her terrible two's quite a bit and likes to keep momma busy chasing her down everywhere. She has been starting to use her potty chair MOST mornings. We have been waking up dry for a while now, so I think it is time. We aren't ready to break out the pull ups yet, but we got a start! On occasion we will put on her Dora or Minnie panties but those are usually short lived.
D has either been working a lot or we always seem to be doing something. We have continued working out with our Cross Fit trainer at least 3 times a week! We love it. OK I love it. I will let D speak for himself. It will be going on 2 months here soon, and I can honestly say, I am proud of myself, I am proud of both of us. There are days where I want to sleep in or slack but something with this program keeps me going. I guess this last weekend was the first time I did a duplicate WOD since I started... I like that unknown, then I don't dread it.
D and I have both been setting some PR's so that may have to be another post!
I guess the weather has been a plus! It has been real nice this past week. Still cold at night and in the mornings, but I bet it's better than when I was gone and the high was barely 40! Sometimes it seems like a heat wave! Getting close to 70 again this week!
So, with all that said, since I've been back from my short Iowa trip, it's been a little crazy, or maybe just busy. I imagine it will probably stay that way since I will be heading back up again real soon. I have to see my new baby nephew!! ♥ you Ricky!

In other news...apparently Bristol Palin was seen moving into her new house she bought last month here in Maricopa! Good thing? Could be, we will see. Kinda neat I suppose. Although,D and I really did enjoy her mom's show on TLC this winter. Alaska looks wild!! :)
