2010 was a pretty good year, but we are ready for a new one! We are ready to see what 2011 has in store for us! {Patiently awaiting the arrival of a new family member! Any day now, I'm ready to be an Aunt!!} Lots of new things happening around here and we will definitely be sharing here on the blog!
Just a few....
Sylvia has started off really well. She use her potty chair for the first time today! Really Used it!! It will be a work in progress but it's only the first!
Cole is still on cloud 9 from his experience at the Insight Bowl. He brought home some awesome souvenir things and will definitely never forget his first
Grant has come a long ways with his speech and I even noticed some more improvements since the last time I wrote about it. He is proud of himself and amazingly is ready to go back to school to get back into the swing of things! He also got to finish out his Christmas tonight once D got home. (Now I can post some photos)
By the way, we got home safe and on time last night. We made it back to town with plenty of time to hang out with some great friends, enjoy a warm fire, fireworks, and bring in the new year together! It was a wonderful trip to Iowa. As always though, it was way too short. But it was so nice to see family and the few friends I ran into. The weather wasn't all that bad, considering the end of December. I knew it would be cold, but I expected worse. Coming home to Arizona was nice, but it seemed just as cold outside as when I left Des Moines. Crazy! I'm just glad I made it up for the few days I had.
