They Made the Web

You can go here to read the article at InMaricopa.com about the East Valley Crossfit competition that was held last February. They did a small piece on our trainer/gym owner and used some of my images from that day. (Here is the previous post I did with more of the photos.) Kind of cool, I guess.

My knee has been feeling a lot better since the 18th when I had to go in and the doctor decided to try steroid shots since physical therapy wasn't helping at all. (Got something weird with my kneecap and tendonitis.) Got 10cc's in each knee. They were kinda painful to get, especially after several hours had gone by and my knees where super swollen! I couldn't walk for a while! But after several days, there was no pain when working out. I haven't had any issues since! Hopefully, that is all I need to do! We will see what another few weeks brings!
