Birthday Boy

Friday was a very important day here at the Rameyer residence! Today we celebrated a certain someone turning another year older! Yup! That would be Dad! He was turning the big 2-7!
The bad thing was, Daron got to ring in his birthday at work and ring it out at work. He was on nights and had to work the entire week (monday to monday) YUK!
So we tried to make his few hours home and awake as enjoyable as possible!

The boys wanted to go all out! They wrote out and colored letters to leave a message on the pantry doors. We hung (I guess moved is a better word since it was still up from Via's birthday! oops!) the 'Happy Birthday' sign, pictures the boys colored, balloons, and all the unopened birthday cards that he had already received all around the dining room and kitchen! It was funny but the boys had fun!

They also made Dad a birthday crown! Just like the ones you get when you were a kid in school! They made it so special!

Since we couldn't go out to eat, we went out for breakfast! The Sunrise Cafe is always a great place to eat! Food was great and we had a nice peaceful breakfast just baby and us!
Dad played with Via and the balloon and opened cards, with some help from V, before heading to bed for the day! We made a cake while he was sleeping, and we all got to sneak a piece before he was off to work again!

Happy Birthday D! We are so happy that you are ours!
